*Leyton withdrew from Division One North on 14 January 2011,[2] but expressed a wish to retain a team in the Youth League. At a meeting on 20 February this proposal was rejected and the club was expelled from the League.[3] The club's record of P19 W1 D6 L12 GF13 GA45 Pts9 was expunged on 24 February.

The Isthmian League Cup 2010–11 (billed as the Championship Manager Cup 2010–11 for sponsorship reasons) is the 37th season of the Isthmian League Cup, the cup competition of the whole Isthmian League. 66 clubs took part. The competition commenced on 15 September 2010. The winners were Wingate & Finchley who beat Dulwich Hamlet 2–0 on 30 March 2011.
